Earlier this month, Adagio Teas unveiled a unified shopping cart to create a seamless shopping experience across its four brands. The concept is not new but was previously limited to large brands such as Gap and Williams-Sonoma. Adagio is among the first SMB companies to offer this feature.

Customers can now seamlessly shop the Adagio Teas, Lardera Coffee, Selefina Spices, and Masters Teas websites and add products from each brand into one shopping cart. Customers can then check out with all items at the same time. The best part? All items, regardless of brand, ship in one box at a single shipping fee (free for orders over $49).

Approximately 60% of shoppers begin their purchasing journey on mobile, then switch to a desktop to complete checkout.
